So I'm at a total loss here, and I just have one quick question. What sort of asbestos/mold cartridges would I use on this respirator? Would appreciate links to it on amazon. Thanks in advance!
I did read the thread about them but I'm still not sure what to get.

Also, links to what you guys use would be much appreciated.
First off, do you know how to use a respirator and have had one fitted before?
The right filter doesn't matter if the mask doesn't get a proper air seal on your face. Instead of sucking air through the filter, it'll just pull from weak spots around the gasket, so it'll suck airborne crud into your lungs anyhow.
They aren't something you can just pull of a rack and get working off the bat 99% of the time in a contaminated environment. Yes, people do it, but it's not the safe or smart thing.
A standard N100 filter should do you for stuff that gets kicked up when walking around. That said, unless you take other methods of control, you'll still be breathing it in when you leave the abandonment. Honestly, unless you know what you are doing, I don't recommend going into contaminated areas.
For example, if you were just wearing a properly fitted mask, you'd still be tracking particulates out with you on your skin, clothes, and shoes. So it'll still get airborne in your car or tracked into the carpet, etc. There's a reason why tyvek suits and respirators are mandatory for asbestos, even when doing wet remediation. Dry remediation is a suit plus scba.
