UE in Korea: Legal Question

Greetings! I've recently returned to Seoul on an E-series visa. In my experience, the cops here are pretty forgiving, but let's say I got busted on an explore -- could my visa be at risk? I can't seem to find a straight answer on this. Could anyone point me in the direction of an English translation of the criminal code or some other solid resource?

Not super worried about it, just wanted to know if I should walk away or run.

I never run from cops. Usually they just want to make sure you haven't stolen anything, so if you don't commit any property crimes you're almost certain to get away with it.

Never in history has any foreign urban explorer lost a visa over being caught exploring in Korea.

I have similar question if anyone has an answer. If I go to another country to do some crazy explore and accidentally get a ticket or spend the night in jail for whatever reason, will this make any difference for me getting back home or while I am home? The only info I've found is to contact the embassy if something happens.
