Possibly New Unexplored Places

So I developed an interest in photography and urbex along with abandoned places. I've found three places that I know little about but seem perfect for an exploration.

The first is on Boulevard des Grandes-Prairies close to Langelier and right next to the BMR and United Seafood Packers and there is a set of train tracks next to it. I assume this was a train depot or something but I don't know where to look to confirm anything.

The second is a house on Gouin in RDP that's close to the Overhead power lines. I think it may be a small residence that may be still in use due to a light that was on a few days ago when I pasted it at night. On the other hand a few visits made me thing it was abandoned.

A third I found seems to be an old house with a barn that's right next to Manoir Pierrefond on Gouin Boulevard (the other side of the island from the last house). There's also a house that seems to be either in mid construction or abandoned half way through construction a couple of houses down.

What I want to know is if anybody know anything about these buildings or did an exploration of them? And if they qualify to be in the database.

I dont know about the 2 others but the building on grandes prairies is ugly inside out and empty

Ils ne savaient pas que c'était impossible.Alors ils l'ont fait
They did not know it was impossible. So they did it.
L'exploration urbaine c'est comme le sexe gay.La meilleure façon de pénetrer c'est par la porte d'en arrière. Urban exploration is really like gay sex.The best way in is the back door.

It was like 1 year ago.It is full of garbage and the interior is a mix of plywood and rotten drywall.Nothing to see
