So I passed by the Train place near Langelier again this evening and decided to check it out again. What changed from the last time I visited was that the platform was broken along with the stairs that you'd use to go onto the platform. I also noticed tire tracks in the ice and snow along with a chain that signified an entrance. I went to the back and noticed a dirt ramp with a rectangular opening. I was about to venture in when two older gentlemen with accents asked me what i was doing and told me to leave. I said I was only looking around and didn't know it was private property. When I was a few meter away one of them stopped me and said they were calling the cops. The guy who had the phone might've token my photo but I don't know and i only gave a general area. There was no "No Trespassing" signs or any other indicators of private property. Only one of the "A Vendre" signs was taken down. They didn't look like security guards but the guy who stopped said to not go on the property again; I didn't hear anything about photos.
The place is near Langelier and is across the street from the BMR and right next to the United Seafood Packers. This is my first incident with the place and I legitimately did not know it was or had become private property. I just wanna know if it has been bought recently and where I can verify that.
