#6 is such a fantastic visual--I can't make heads or tails of it. At first, I thought I was looking at the most massive flooring moisture upheaval ever. But it's just too high. Then I thought it was ceiling material collapsing down onto things on the main floor. But it seems to thick. Finally I have just given up on figuring it out and am instead admiring the delectable mess.
What I think happened here was years of people dumping their junk on the original floor, which created the height. From there, the ceiling let go covering most of it and then people continued to dump on top. It would be interesting to see what it looks like under the top layer of debris.
Due to it's remoteness, one could probably spend hours there investigating but my fingers where completely frozen stiff after just 30 minutes so I tapped out. I will definitely be going back in the spring if anyone is interested in joining.
Thanks for the comment!
