Really uncertain as to what this bird poo filled structure was. Barn? Schoolhouse?? Clubhouse??? Couldn't find any history, so I am going with barn, then storage, then club house of sorts. To get to the half-assed finished portion, you had to walk through the unfinished barn-y portion. It also appeared to never have had power, which made the Packard Bell manual more interesting and added to the assumption that this was used as storage. The area directly below the "classroom" was locked, sans a small hole outside that I was not about to crawl through in broad daylight on public land. It appeared to store lawn equipment. Couldn't find any history other than the property was donated to the locale, and is now used as a dog park complete with a concession stand with pup friendly ice cream. I also know there used to be a silo, large barn, and home that were long gone except for some burdock filled foundations....
