It was announced last year that the abandoned Park Hotel in Toledo Ohio is going to be renovated into apartments to help foster children who are aging out of the system and into adulthood. The building is planned to have 40 apartments and should be finished around 2022 according to WTOL11. I have no idea what they have gotten done but if you guys want I can drive down there at some point and post update photos.

Glad to see if a location is not going to be abandoned any longer, that it goes to a good cause. I'm near Toledo and haven't heard of this location. Awesome update post and pictures!

Unfortunately, I was down there this past weekend, and there's a For Sale sign back on the hotel

I hope that it's a remnant from when it was bought previous since I can't find it listed online.
