I came across this location while scouting around on my bike. I saw a burned out building and was certain that this place had been vandalized and subsequently boarded up. Upon closer inspection, this area is a rigging school. The burned out building had hay, ashes, barriers, and shovels in it. This seems like the type of training firefighters would get. There was also a very tall tower for climbing practice. It is definitely still in use, there is a recreation area and a room with a stocked fridge and stuff for BBQ.
The burned out building was pretty cool, it subverted my expectations but not in a bad way. I didn't really touch much of the other stuff at this site as it is still in use.

We have a few of these where I'm from, but I've never been inside one. Was there anything good in the fridge?

The "88" is fire department jargon for rappelling and rescue by rope.

Ok, that makes a lot of sense. The dummy definitely points to some type of rescue training.
