Recent explore of Cougars hit a box section, which had been replaced and new pipeline installed. The pipeline that leads to the river entrance, looks like it has been blocked and sealed which was a shame.
I might see what's going on from the other end and see if it joins to the newly installed section.

Close but a bit away from the junction that was sealed I think that part could be under Victoria or Albert St it's weird I'm not brave enough to climb the ladder and stick my head out in case it comes out on a busy road

All I know is Cougar's is on the west side of the Maribyrnong River and runs all the way to the river (last bit is canal) and the car tunnel goes under there.
There's been quite a few of these diversions around the railway crossing removals and the Cougar's one seems the right size for that. I would have thought a diversion for the car tunnel would have been way bigger. The sign was probably just taken while both jobs were being done near each other at the same time.
We were there a month ago and couldn't get any manholes off

That first part of Cougars is that the other end? I see where you came out was where I went in, I see that tomb part is where I took my pic I didn't go further after that.

It opens up at the railway line then continues on the other side of the track.
