| | | Posted by Quackerkats Oh,I saw your youtube videos before and even subscribed at your channel. It is so nice. I also travel a lot and want to open my youtube channel but idk how to do the video,s how to edit and how to get popular on youtube. Some tips?
| The best advice I can give you is to Just Start. Don't expect a lot out of your early videos, but they will get better with time. Your cell phone will be good enough to get started, so don't wait until you can afford the "right camera" or the "right PC" to edit on. Learning to tell a good story is more important than any of your hardware. And of course, learning to edit so you can tell your story in a meaningful way. Here's my two recommended YouTube channels: Primal Video - lots of YouTube and editing tutorials, plus he frequently evaluates the best free software, low price cameras, etc Javen Dovey - this guy is all about story telling, getting the right shots, how to get cinematic footage, shooting your video when you are alone, etc It can all feel a bit overwhelming, but once you get the first video or two uploaded to your channel, it becomes easier and easier. | | | Posted by mookster It's a massively over-saturated market already and unless you have some serious experience in creating well shot documentary-style videos
| + 1,000,000 Even after all the brags that came out of that maniacal over inflated ego narsacistic douche nozzle Max Power boasting of "his crew" and his "fans" finally gave in to reality and gave up. Likely because his mother kicked him out of her basement and made him get a job lol. Speaking of the business end of douches, does anyone under the age of 30 even know who Lord Rick is?!? Regardless, won't find anyone give him an ounce of respect, despite his claims of popularity and success. Real documentarians - I am 100% in and will even flip a few sheckles at your Patreon. Content "creators" and "influencers" can blow a donkey. However no matter what direction one takes, be it the respected route or of the donkey blowing variety, those that achieve wild success legit work 100+ hours a week to get there and stay there. Of course there are always exceptions, but in general if you want it bad enough, you'll most likely have to give everything else up. Forget about the band, the girlfriend, the parties, the job, etc. The people that truly made it accepted the challenges because they were hard, not because they were easy. And they continue to bust their ass daily to stay there. MHO, my $0.02.
