These are some of the abandoned places in Detroit that I checked out but never really explored in depth. Most likely due to their location or just being boarded up extremely well.

This fancy building was once a brass manufacturing plant, it sits on a big road, that a lot of cars were using.


The city of Detroit plans to demolish the old factory, after failing to renovate the building


This mostly-demolished warehouse was called the United States Warehouse. Apparently Ford got their hands on this property and started to tear it apart. This warehouse was boring anyways. See how the pillars get thicker as they get further to the bottom?


This company once made machinery for other factories, and the site used to be surrounded by industrial buildings, which today are demolished.


On the outside the building looks like it's still used, but this garage looked like some kind of disaster.

The photo with the columns of varying sizes is wild. That's an incredible cross section that I've never really seen before. I gotta swing by there next time I'm out there.

Yeah those graduated columns are very cool, I've never seen that sort of setup before - sort of an obvious thing though with the additional weight on the columns lower down.
