In a couple weeks I plan on making the trip up to Minturn Colorado to visit the Gilman Mine. It's a decent drive for me so I was hoping to plan most of it out and wanted to see if anyone here has been there and has any advice? thanks!

The actual mine part of Gilman is totally flooded with extremely polluted and hazardous water. If you mean the mining town down the mountain from Gilman, it's pretty straightfoward to access, just watch out for workers.
