Upstate NY, convenient urbex stops.

In a little town, Champlain NY, there are a few decent buildings. It is nothing special, but they are convenient little stops. There is an abandoned strip mall that is fairly large in terrible condition, very easy to get to and does not take long to explore, very unique exploring experience. Rooftop access is along the backside. The building is not posted nor protected; border patrol may sit around in case of border jumpers, but they won't bat an eye if you aren't breaking shit. There is an abandoned elementary school that my parents went to, I've been inside few times, it is a beautiful location with little to no vandalism so please be courteous. Rooftop access on second floor, watch your step because there are some weird 20-foot drop-offs here. The school is sometimes protected but there is only one posted sign that is quite faded away. There are a few more locations around town, one decent-sized factory building I am too scared to explore as it is fenced off, but you could crawl through easy enough. I am NOT saying come out of your way up here to explore these, but many cross into Canada here and/or are going to Vermont. These may even be on the map for full members I'm not sure, just sharing in case they aren't. They may be worth somebodies time who sees this. Be courteous and safe.

To make the drive up here, you'd be a little disappointed. If you ever drive through however, they are low to zero risk locations and the mall especially is quite unique with how quickly it was built and abandoned.
