For anyone not familiar with what Rex 84 is http://www.thetrut...rticle.asp?ID=2344

Right now I'm trying to find a list of locations for these camps but I'm not having much luck. If they do in fact exist I'd really like to see them.

I'll keep my eyes open, but I suspect that you might get to see them soon along with millions of other detainees.

scarry, very scarry, I need to get to the range more often and start training again. We need to start to band together Now in order to know what to do on the day. Man I will hate to be right on this.

As I commented to long bow this looks bad, but being a devils advocate I posed this concept.

What if these are detention areas for bio contaminated people. I read about the furnice and the fumigation for trains.

The furnace to burn off clothes covered in whatever. Which is the easiest way to get rid of most chemicals bio hazards.

The fumigations to clean the trains for the return trip.

The fences and prison style to keep people from running away. Would you want people with ebola getting to the nearest town and causing the outbreak to take the world down?

Then again this all could be very true. Kind of scarry either way. They either plan to imprison tons of people, or are preparing for one hell of an attack.

Either way it makes me nervous. Hopefully I'm wrong, but what if I'm right? I would like to know exactly who's names are on those lists. RKBA!

"Currently, the largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people. "

Lol, all the conspiracy nutters like to place stuff in Alaska, since they figure no one's going to check on it. Placing such a base in Fairbanks makes no logical sense, since it's 12 hours by train from the major population center (Anchorage) and in the middle of bumfuck nowhere with regards to accessing the rest of the state. I saw another site that claimed there's a camp for "500,000 people", located "East of Anchorage with only rail and air access". Seeing as the railroad only runs north/south from Anchorage and parallels the road most of the way, it's good to know they're just pulling info out of their asses.

Even if such a camp existed on one of the local bases, I'm sure the locals would have heard about it. The "secret" sub base in Ketchikan is no secret to the locals, and pretty much everyone knows about the bioweapon testing they did at Fort Greely and the HARRP "mind/weather control" thingy. Alaskans are pretty nosy about what the government gets up to around here.

"Generally speaking, they're set up for dissenters who will not go along with the New World Order. The 'resisters' are gun owners who refuse to give up their weapons; the 'dissidents' are Christians, Patriots and Constitutionalists. These camps are set up. I've seen many of them."

Heh, apparently it's not only the Republicans who are out for facist world domination, the evil Democrats have set up this whole system in our government and military!

"A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.

From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to determine."

if thats a high security site I guess I must be a uber explorer as Ive been through it several times. I have, however, been told that MP's do patrol the area and there is a creepy police station right near there. I'll go over there this weekend and look around more, but I'm pretty sure its just a reservoir. As for the railroad cars, there isnt a track that goes there.

I can't remember what radio broadcast it was but Alex Jones was talking about that. He did find some in Texas. And they have one holding area at the old airport in Austin Tx, plus he was also found one at a large middle school of all places.

According to some websites, Rex 84 seems to be a hoax. All the informations on this operation are always the same details and the two same pictures. Why we never see other pictures is that operation is so large-sized?

I finally got to check out the place claimed to be a rex 84 site with in walking distance from my house and i can safely say its not. it is a very strategic point for Los Angeles, (its the bulk of the water/ power supply) but there is nothing that looks anything like a prison. All the locations listed in that article about southern california are just drainage fields. They try to keep people out because they might fall in and drown. A lot of good a detention center would do in a place water needs to go.

sorry I dont have pics but i dont have a digital camera and dont want to waste money getting any developed of a lake and some power lines.

I started hearing about this on the radio talk shows after Waco, Oklahoma City etc. Ive seen from the air places that look like this in West Texas. If a flood of illegals started pouring across any border Texas will be on the sharp end of the stick and I would hope there is some kind of containment program in place.
What a horrific situation we would have if some epidemic/pandemic in the making started in Central America and 20 million "infectees" wanted to cross the Rio Grande to get away from it or seek free U.S. medical care? Last month a group of volunteers called The Minute Men hosted a several week long patrol on the border. Officially they are being dismissed as kooks and vigilantes but the word is from local L.E. and individuals in the area that they were successful in abating several incursions into our country by some armed illegals. Hope this dont sound to racist but can you tell the difference between a hispanic guy and a middle eastern guy, at night, running? I have a friend with a deer lease down around Del Rio and they have seen illegals carrying small arms across at night on more than one occasion, who knows where they are going and what else they could be carrying.

As for FEMA this department seems to have free reign to do a lot of stuff. There is a FEMA bunker north of Dallas near Denton. I think it was an old missile site but now its outfitted for up to 500 local officials, military and FEMA personnel to button up and live for months. Sounds kinda like the old cold war agenda but Im not so sure thats their idea. FEMA does a lot of good things too. But its all way scary when you think about the potential. Rounding up citizens? That would take a lot. Dont Mess With Texas is all I can say. I hope this is a crack pot theory I really do, but Im prepared in case its not and so are millions of other Texans. And I dont mean just because they have a worn out old Marlin 30-30 in their truck either!

RKBA is right man

Sorry to dig this one from deep in the crates, but I had to say thanks to earthworm for shedding some light on that "detention facility" in So Cal. If you go back through the BBS archives, you can find variants of this conspiracy theory going back to the early 80's. The detention center with the razor wire pointing in was my absolute favorite! Some schmuck of a city worker probably put it on wrong when he was repairing or uprgrading the fences, and now it's a huge detention center. There are government protocols in place for rounding up large chunks of the populace, and/or postponing civil rights to help straighten thingss out after a mass calamity. This all does tie into a FEMA exercise that was refered to as "REX-84". It stands for Readiness Exercise, and the "84" indicates the year the exercise took place. It was a hypothetical FEMA training session that dealt with the what ifs of a massive disaster and how they could best manage the population. Naturally, anything that involves the government suspending civil or human rights for any amount of time gets people's attention, but I think it has been blown out of proportion for many years. Honeslty, we here at UER would have blown the whistle had we seen all of our favorite abandoned bases being recommissioned with UN soldiers and massive prision centers. Up at Camp Roberts army base in central Caifornia, they routinely hold exercises with British and australian military units. You can bet there is some fervor from that when these guys walk into the local Wal-Mart!
Even though there has been articles both on the Camp Roberts website and the local paper regarding the training, people come up with their own conclusions. Thanks again for the pics Earthworm.

DevilC is right, I think it's Cablesplicer or garden plot. Those were the names for the mass roundup protocols pertaining to illegals. I'm sure every government has a contingency plan for dealing with a mass casualty/apocalypse type of disaster.
