Calvin ran away saturday morning and didn't come back. I'm really pissed off right now. The cleaning lady came and she opened a window and well, as you can guess, he ran away. I spent all saturday looking for him with the help of my boyfriend and we didn't find him.

	That really sucks, i hope you find him/or he comes back. I know what it's like, except it was my dog that got away. I looked for hours, and then i went home which was about 2 miles from where she got away from me. When i got home she was waiting at my door. My cat also ran away, never came back though. Good luck,

	Was Calvin neutered? Before I was born my parents had a cat that disappeared for 3 months and then showed up one night in the middle of a thunderstorm crying at the door much skinnier but not in terrible shape. Don't give up hope. I hope you find him or he returns. -pawolf

	Yes he was neutered. It's been a while now and it's been really cold lately (-25 yesterday) so I doubt he will come back. We contacted the local animal shelter and they will call us up if they find anything that matches our cat.

	Im sorry to hear that man. I hope he comes back. I lost my kitten once, it was friggin -32 one night I was thinking the worst had happened, lo and behold he re-appeard hungry as hell but rather unscathed at my door a few days later.

	Well, calvin is back. A week ago we bought another cat from the aminal shelter. The whole family really loves her so all is good. Her name is Rubby and she's a one year old Female. But we get a call this morning from the shelter saying they found a cat that looks a lot like the one we lost. So we go to the shelter and it was indeed him. A month later. So we now have 2 cats! yay

Go to all the vets and put his picture up. If someone found him, he might be 'adopted' by now and they will take him to a vet sooner or later. Offer a $200 reward for good measure. A $100 reward got our cat back after my ex-fiance accidently let him outside....he was gone for a few days if I recall right. Apparently he had been sitting about 500 yards away under an abandoned house's deck.....which then required some hardcore exploration to get him out from under.

Sometimes, dogs are easier. But I still like cats.

I hope you find him (I haven't read the whole post yet so maybe I will be delighted by the time I read the rest of them, and you've found him!)
