you have to put them in something really small, otherwise the fun is gone. All the fun comes from finding a clever way to fit things into a tight spot. I'll wait another year or two for the itx boards to get more powerful. Then i'll play with them.

Yeah. The ITX boards right now are neat. The size of a CD, but the thing lacks any kind of computing punch. The only one capable of running Halo for PC is a board with a socket 478, and the cpu bracket literally takes up about half the board. (This may have changed, my copy of Computer Modder is old. )
