A large PDF file, but well worth looking at. It's an article from our free weekly paper the Chicago Reader about John Edel (an acquaintance of mine), his efforts to rehab an old industrial building, and all of the problems he has encountered trying to finish this project.

As an added bonus, the article does have some UE content.

Great read, and when you think about it - there could have been much worse problems in a project like that. What's the status of the project if you don't mind me asking?
