i've started saving up for one already.

Really, i'm not sure if any of you have noticed, but there's been a shitload of new technological breakthroughs and stuff in the past few years. Maybe it's just because i've bookmarked engadget.com as my start page... I'm talking about almost-sort-of-close-to-star-trekky goings on.
OLEDs, bendable displays, 3D floating displays, quantum computing, carbon nanotubes, space tourism, microwave weaponry, and now flying cars.
I was assured i'd be living in my apartment on the moon right now, and though we're not quite there yet, it seems we're catching up.
