Located on Grandview St in east Oshawa (just north of Rossland Rd), what is this place?? There are no fresh tracks into the yard and no recent snow plowings either...

	City owns it...I know because they are going to rent it to Durham School Board for a future joint venture with a college...

	I went there a few months ago,i'm thinking the place is still active because when i looked inside the front window there was a pretty new looking boat inside! But the place also looks pretty abandon, doors on the shed are half off, spray paint all over it, and i think the power line is also cut!
