at work us guys in the IT department have inherited a few imac g3s we have dispersed 12 of them as internet terminals and now i was wondering what to do with the others any suggestions?

Imacs make good low end web servers. Install NetBSD or OpenBSD on it. It's too bad you cant easily add a second nic, they would make great firewalls.

i agree i have on 3 of the sites i administer ip cop boxes doing my internet firewall and filtering, it runs great on a cappy old computer with 2 nics
