a quick note
entry by Avatar-X

I just wanted to post this quick note to those of you that have seen some photos of me online.

  • First, I don't mind other explorers seeing pictures of me. The reason I (and many others) am protective with my photos online is because I don't want them to fall into the hands of people like security guards and the police. If you think I'm being silly, here's a little tidbit: Ninj was caught and given a 2-year-ban from a local Toronto location because the guard recognized him from a photo that had been posted on the internet.

So, to sum up: If you really want to see what I look like, come to a meet. But please respect my privacy and don't distribute photos of me online.

  • Second: I am a furry. Shocking, yes, I know . Some people apparently have a problem with this, but really, that is their problem. I do not have a problem with it. So, if you look hard enough, you'll find photos of me in various costumes at furry get-togethers. Some people seem to think that I don't want people to see these photos -- the only reason I don't want them posted is because of reason #1 above. Again, if you really want to see me with fuzzy ears, you should just come meet me.

If photos of someone in a fuzzy costume offends you, well, just be glad you've never seen Goatse.

A final note: Despite the many "enemies" that I have on the intarweb, I have never posted private photos of someone elsewhere. No matter how much I hate someone, I would never disrespect their privacy like that. Is it too hard to return the courtesy?

By saying you are a fluffy... which i had no idea what it was till I just looked it up now.

Do you mean you dress up and play the part of an animal (a wolf I am assuming).
Or do you mean you do the above, and engage in those orgy parties while dressed up and pretending to be said animal?

Those "orgy parties" are an invention of the media and television -- they don't really exist. At least, not in a higher concentration than they do in other communities or subcultures.

Thanks for clearing that up Av, I had a hard time believing something like that would go on, and be so common. Not that it couldn't happen.
