Erm, no. I bought it (all three actually) separate in the shiny blue folder.
| That's what I mean by "legal". That copy is tied to the machine it's loaded on, and all you did was change HDs? Call MS and tell you want your case escalated, I forget the hierarchy , but don't let them go. You got the receipt? Wave in there faces. Right now they can't even see those HDs because they're "hidden" behind the raid controller. They can see your CPU serial #, your RAM installed, CD-ROM, DVD-RAM, and Lan card/chip serial#. Your not violating the EULA, read it, it's real wishy-washy when describing HDs, and the OS. That's deliberate, use it to your advantage if they give you a hard time. The HDs are merely a subcomponent, and not the most expensive of that system. The old one died and had to be replaced, you upgraded to raid for better data, blah, blah, blah...start getting politely indignant, and dig-in until they cave-in. They will. If it gets bad speak for US manager, the doties are shitheads. They know not to toy with me. hee-hee.
| Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in. |
