Does anyone know what the hell that gigantic pentagon shaped structure is that they've erected inside the property of Saint Marys Cement? Not sure if they've done anything more with it. Last time I drove by, a couple of weeks ago, it just consisted of steel trusses. Any ideas?

I haven't seen the structure you speak of, but I know of a good way onto the property, if anyone is ever interested in a live exploration. Not sure if I'd come along, but I can show you the way.

Yeah, you can get into the property from just about anywhere. Hell, I've driven right into the main parking lot, walked around and taken pictures without any incident. But if you happen to know of a good way to get to the top of any of those tall structures then I'm all ears.

No, sorry. I've never been on the property before (Always figured it was too active), but had found a great spot to hide a car and climb on in. Sorry I couldn't be more help

This pic sucks but the owner of the Goodyear retailer where I was taking the pic came out and began yelling cuss words at me and chased me out of the parking lot ("what the f*ck are you doing taking illegal photos on my property, you f*ck??!?!")...

Better pics coming soon.

There are two roads (unassumed or unapproved use at your own risk) leading to the tracks just in front of St Marys. One lies just west of the truck stop and the other just east of the first house along S. service road. I had been down them before but thought i would try for a better pick of the structure from them. I was too lazy to walk the tracks once i got there. Where both roads end you cannot see the structure or at least not very well. you have to walk the tracks east or west depending on the road and they are very busy tracks. I know i am telling most of you what you already know but just thought i would share with those who were not aware of the roads. Here are a few pics i took from the tracks and one from that new construction site

And if you drive South, along the main road where the big "Private Road. Authorized Personnelle Only" signs are, you can get a really nice view of the heee-yuge quarry and probably that new structure too.

Yes but i would rather risk my life on the tracks than take an easy drive down a road. Just kidding. I was about to head that way but either a shift was just getting off or something was going down. Cars were pouring out of that end of the road. I think some possible construction is going on down that road. past where it is fenced off
