I made that mistake about a year ago. Now I have a giant white paperweight (although I am getting a free nano with my macbook). I just need more games for the psp and I'm set.

StarWars: Battlefront II is now a Greatest hits title and is pretty cheap, I just picked it up, I'd say its worth it.
Socom US Navy Seals Fire Team Bravo is supposed to be one of the best.
I really liked Field Commander, look into that.

If you like sports games, Madden 06 is a solid port of the PS2 version. And NFL street is supposed to be really fun if you dont mind the sillyness of it.

If you're a fan of the GTA series theres Liberty City Stories available and a Vice City Stories on its way.

Looking for a RPG experience? Untold Legends might suit you, or Dungeon Seige. Perhaps you might prefer the new Blade Dancer: Lineage of Light, Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, or Astonishia Story.

And A game I'm most excited to pick up, Monster Hunter Freedom.

Then theres things like Lumines, Locoroco and WTF that can appeal to almost anyone.

I'm looking into those. Gotta find a friend who has them first though, I hate not knowing what a game is like till you buy it.

Monster Hunter, omg. I loved the first. Must play the second... I only wish they'd let you free roam. Didn't realize there was a PSP version coming out soon, gee, portable monster hunting crack. This may be worse than when they made Animal Crossing portable for the NDS.
