	My mother is offering me to buy her 1995 Nissan Altima. It has about 115,000 miles on it, interior is a bit beat up, but exterior is great. Engine and transmission work excellent plus brakes as well. Anyone got an idea how much this car is really worth?

not much.
if interior and exterior were perfect is one thing.

according to Kelly Blue Book (www.kbb.com), a 1995 Altima SE with 115,000 miles in Fair condition will go for about $2500.

you didn't list trim level or options so I was ballpark-ing... An XE or GXE will be less and a GLE will be worth a little more.
