What really gets to me is at the gym, some women who are using the weight machines use them at the lowest possible weight. I see this all the time, for example a woman who looks strong enough to do a 50 pound weight will do a ten pound. I can understand if they are sick or old, or are rehabilatating from say, a broken arm, but nooooooo, these are healthy women who are using the lowest weight either because they are lazy, or afraid to build muscle because boys wont think its hot. I am a girl and I want to build muscle especially in my arms and biceps because I dont care what other boys think. I told a man that it pisses me off when women use the lowest possible weight and he told me that "yea, thats is fucking irritating".

Hey, look on the bright side, Those women are spending all their time for nothing.

At least, while irritating, they are not wasting your time or money and you will end up being the fitter person.

Maybe they're just uncomfortable with the heavier weights? Maybe they're on a different program than you are? Maybe they really don't want a lot of muscles?

Maybe it's their prerogative to do whatever the fuck they want with their time in the gym.

Hahahaha. I do know what she's talking about. I gave girls shit for that in my weight lifting class. I always made them do more lol. But that was probably more because i like to piss people off and less because of my finding it silly or stupid or whatever.
