Wizards of the Coast, owners of what used to be TSR Hobbies will not extend Paizo Publishing's license to continue publishing Dragon and Dungeon magazines. Printing will end with the September issue. WotC will move to putting Dragon-like content on it's website as pay-per-PDF material. No data on what they plan to do with Dungeon-style content, if anything.

They're re-starting them online.
It's all got to do with the new "Digital Initiative", which is also connected with the recent unveiling of D&D 4th Edition.
