Well, I posted in the mushrooms thread that I was getting some shrooms on Friday and I thought I would just throw the info about that into a thread about a fort I am building in the woods on my campus. So my campus has a lot of woods on it because it is a protected wetland. There is a big section around the center of campus where all the smokers hang out because there are trails through it etc. The problem with it is that there are always people walking around and it is a little sketchy. So I decided to find somewhere else where I could build a little smokers fort.
I found a great spot that is surrounded by parking lots so at night the lights light up the woods there and I dont need to use a flashlight at all. But during the day people cant see you because there is a lot of low growth on the outsides of the woods. In addition, it is in a little gully and when you are sitting(or even standing in some places), there is a hill on all sides of you but the front, which is great because it helps stop sound and any light I might make from getting spotted.
This photo is a little old, after one day of work. Here you can see the main sitting log with the back rest behind it and a foot rest in front of it. The split log in the middle is for a table(nailed to the top of it). I have since moved another log on this side of the foot rest and the split log is resting on top of it. Its a lot more green around it now too because it rained recently. Its a pretty cool spot to hang out and have a good smoke.
Alright, so now for the mushrooms on Friday. All in all it went very well. I went into it extremely excited and I shared the experience with two good friends. We took them around 2 and they started kicking in within 5 minutes, which was a little weird, but fun. We hung out inside their apartment until after we peaked. One of my friends has a huge queen sized air mattress, which was fun. And they have this crazy Grateful Dead poster which was definitely made for tripping.

After we peaked we went outside and played in the grass. I played some frisbee for a little while and sat down. I have to say that I am a really big nature person and plants are probably my favorite thing when I am tripping. Watched all the plants around me grow. Picked apart the seeds of some dandelions and admired all the pieces. After a while outside we went back in to get some beverages and headed out to the fort. It was great out there. Lots of insects and cool trees. After a while I had to go back inside because I was going to a free BBQ (so hard to remember that there is a real world out there). I really enjoyed the car ride. All the trees are starting to blossom(awesome). The BBQ was at a really cool park with these crazy rolling hills and green grass. I played frisbee with a friend in front of the backdrop of these beautiful hills. It was a good day. I wish I had taken some more shrooms by the end of it. Thankfully, probably going to be getting some LSD by next weekend. =)
