Alright so here's the deal...

MSN Messenger on some of my family's computers has stopped working, sort of.

The program will start and set itself up in the background processes however the interface doesn't come up nor the icon in the system tray.

Here's what I've done so far...
Uninstalled everything Messenger and removed all folders related to it
Cleaned out the Registry
Ran Norton Win Doctor
Uninstalled Flash and Shockwave
Cleaned out the Registry again
Ran Norton Win Doctor Again

Reinstalled Adobe Flash and Shockwave
Reinstalled MSN Messenger right off the site (latest build)

Still nothing.

I've emailed MS Support but I wondered if any of you fine folks had any ideas to my problem.
