What anti-virus program are you using?

A google search of "Virtumonde" returns a ton of links with removal instructions. Have you followed them?

Mcafee is the Virus prog, I have been doing constant sweeps one after another with Adaware and Spybot S&D.. I've Tried a handful of the random things they have said, tried the removal tool they all said worked.. I stopped doing sweeps for an hour or so to make food and when I got back there were 150 new random malware progs... the tool they talk about finds it and claims it has removed it, but after a reset it's back in full swing...

So.. I have found random directories under the 'Program files' dir named oddball shit like "uvgdgxsf" and in those are just sole DLL files.. figuring they were nothing but bad I deleted one of them and not I get some rundll error when I boot up.. although those folders and DLLs didn't even exist two days ago.. also I look them up online and came up with nothing (mpmjwlad.dll)
My hatred for windows grows so much more...

I think I may try my hand at HijackThis again and see if that gets anywhere..

does your computer boot into windows now? or not. If it does try using AVG antivirus, its somewhat better than norton or mccaffee, and also is free!

Back up and reinstall.

This.

You can never know what else it installed, or if your system is now a part of someone's botnet.
