Sounds like she is playing some kind of stupid game. She may be trying to keep you hoping that she will come back to you (the guitar).

If not done already, have the locks changed. Then, send her a very brief letter giving her a deadline (give her no more than a week) to pick up the rest of her stuff (just make sure you're home when she gets there hence the changed locks). Make it very clear in the letter that if the stuff is not picked up by that deadline, then the stuff becomes yours to do with as you please. (Pitch, sell etc). Make sure the stuff is listed in the letter so there's no 'confusion' as to what's hers and within reason, let her have the access to her stuff to remove it.

When the deadline passes and the stuff is still there, get rid of it.
Covers your ass and puts this to a permanent close.

As for her new boyfriend, if he comes with her, fine. Just have nothing to do with him and make it clear that this matter is between her and you.

yea, i already called her and told her she has a week to pick all her shit up AND give me back all mine, ive stopped picking the phone up when she calls

her boyfriend is a coward, he wont make eye contact with me, its funny because he looks a lot worse then i do, like more overweight, bad hair, facile hair that looks like he has been trying to grow it since high school

i havent called her since friday of last week and she call me on monday but i only told her about my stuff and that was it, im going up north tomorrow for some UE, and i started looking for better jobs

so far stuff is going well

now if i only knew whether or not i lost my job...
