OK, no... It's not exciting AT ALL.

It's at the SW corner of Thickson RD and Consumers DR in Whitby. It used to be a Country Style and since they closed the property has been slowly deteriorating.

Bleh...

We need something NEW in Durham Region!

Cute.

Prior to it being a Country Style it was another restaurant called "The Fireplace" if memory serves me correctly.

I used to go there and have a coffee or some mornings breakfast when waiting for a lift home from my supervisor. This was when I was without a vehicle in 1986. I was working at a factory in the area and when I was out that way a couple of years ago, I noticed that the factory is now an office building.




Gone for a while. Be back when I'm back.
