You know... as much as I love german cars, the R8 really doesn't do much for me. Maybe it's the big carbon fiber panels. I dunno. I saw it at the autoshow last year, and I mean, it's impressive and all but really not my cup of tea.

I'll take a 911 GT-3 instead.

there was a guy here with a Porsche Cayman that I wanted to race... until I found out it was a Cayman S.

Definitely agreed, still a good car but you cant touch the old Porsche. My favorite marque is FERRARI but PORSCHE runs a pretty close second. Of course in practical terms I wear the bowtie.

And Sam I had a Cayman try and race me in my Z28 and he got dusted so bad at the next light he wouldnt even pull up to me.....dunno if it was an S or not because I never saw the back of him

a Cayman S is 306+hp... the one that's here has been tuned by some shop down in jersey or something... the guy who owns it races it as well... I'm good, but I'm not that good.

It was this car, I believe, that VW began to introduce LED headlights. They're probably going to spread across the line-up, and with time across the industry.

I thought the LED daytime running lights looked like something Gino added to his '92 Prelude to make it stand out...

I sat in one today. I actually like the carbon fiber panel, but I thought that the interior, while well done, was kind of boring compared to the exterior. They could have continued the bare carbon fiber motif into the interior.

There is one at the local Audi dealer here they are sharp looking and very comfortable while not the 599 GTB I lust for I like the audi
