I am sitting here at work waiting on Napa to bring me a DPFE sensor and a CKP so I have just been jacking around in the office.

Im fond of these little guys. My dad bought one when I was a baby just to piss my mom off. Really it was a joke. I will scan some pics later of it when I get home.

They are quite the car and saved numerous people from persecution. I'd buy one if I didn't have my heart set on something else.

Here are some of my pics of our Isetta. Actually the city gave my dad a ticket because it was so ugly and parked too close to the alley. (no joke)

Can you picture that thing rounding an apex at Laguna Seca?!?! I think that's considered the 4th sign of the Apocalypse isn't it?

lol yeah something like that, I think it would flip down the corkscrew and blow up into a million pieces, killing more people than the 1955 LeMans race. That track is not a joke, I have never raced on it but have seen a few races there, and seen many a classic racer bite it.

I just dont think the Isetta could handle it.

Holy dripping dog poo yall gotta see this (Im done with the isetta youtube stuff) but I do love this song!

Another BMW I'd love to add to my collection...

I think a BMW 2000 would be neat, too. And hell... an M1.

Isn't going to happen, they brought back the use of the Tii for the one series.

Totally 80's BWM was the Z1... that had doors that half-lowered into the body. Weird little car.

Oh yes, but the M1 was just a badass. I knew a guy who had one when I was a kid and I thought it was the coolest thing since sliced bread.

Didn't they use M1's for the art cars?? I have a vague memory of one with a "blueprint" type of paint on it.

Yeah, I think there were a couple M1 art cars, but mostly they were the 3 series type cars.

And that Z1 just looks like a TVR tripped and fell down a flight of steps!

...cuz I didn't have to mention they were on my BMW want list... hahaha

a 635CSI ///M would be sweet, too.

Not to mention a Dixi. And a 1988 M3 Sport Evolution.

There were also some 6 series art cars. Pretty sure Warhol did one of them.

Now that would be something to have: a Warhol car. I always liked his stuff.

Yeah there were a few M1 art cars

I really like the concept of the Art cars. It proves that a car can be more than just a piece of machinery. I truly consider some to be basically a mobile sculpture. Case in point, Aston Martin Vanquish S, Jaguar XKE, the 56 Ferrari 250 GTZ, and so on, and so on.....

the 56 Ferrari 250 GTZ,

Are you referring to the Zagato 'Double Bubble'? If so we had the sister car to that s/n #0403 Not Zagato body but Pinninfarina. Also Maserati had some of the same Zagato style on the Tipo A6G-2000
