	Has anyone noticed the crappy houses and boarded up buildings along Cochrane Street between the tracks and Rossland Rd? The area is slowly being gentrified but for now it's 40% crappy still.

	I only noticed one boarded up house between the tracks and Rossland on Cochrane.. and I tried to scout it, but no entry is available.. some girl who used to be on this board (Hllywud or something) once posted a DB entry for that place but now its gone? 	LOL Oh man. I swear I have mentioned this before, but here goes again. The board home on the east side of Cochrane had an explosion in the 90s...the police found a pile of ammo, and I also assume weapons. The owners still maintain it, but I am uncertain to whether they were charged, or why it hasnt gone up for sale? Other old homes on the west side closer to the bridge/tracks are just old...one tried to sell, but nobody bought it...lots of land with it too. IT
