Two Showcase Cinemas close Showcase Cinemas outlets in Bond Hill and Erlanger closed today, with signs directing visitors to other Showcase locations.
Spokeswoman Tracy King of National Amusements, operator of the Showcase chain, declined to comment.
She said the company would issue a statement .

The Showcase chain operates in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky at Kenwood Towne Centre, Cincinnati Mills, Springdale, Florence, Huber Heights, Western Hills, Milford and the Kings Island area.
The company is scheduled to open a 16-screen Cinema de Lux theater in Florence in July.
The Bond Hill Showcase is at 1701 Showcase Drive, near the Norwood Lateral and Reading Road (U.S. 42).
The Erlanger facility is at 3220 Meadow Lane, near the Interstate 275 interchange with Interstate 71-75.
National Amusements, based in Dedham, Mass., operates more than 1,500 screens internationally under its Showcase, Cinema de Lux, KinoStar and Multiplex brands.
