| | | There is something to be admired in Roger Waters tortured voice singing about his dead father, clearly it traumatised him. And on the other end of the spectrum, you have, David Gilmoure, stunning guitar player, fantastic clear annunciation. One of the greatest guitar players in the world, clean crisp note for note leads, seldom uses distortion. His writing is not as morbid as Waters, but is still very good, just a little more upbeat. What a formidable quartet. The comfortably numb second solo is one of his best works.
