Let's assume their age is what it was during the series. Then...

TOS: Ohura (I bet I spelled that wrong and will get kicked out for it lol). She had a great smile, and looked good in a miniskirt.

TNG: Deanna Troi. She's not a goddess but she sure looked good in those bodysuits. I bet reading your mind would make her incredible in bed!

DS9: Otto? He can look like whatever you want.... LOL!
Ok seriously, Judsea(sp???) Dax, no contest. VERY cute smile, she understands men, intelligent, she's a great whole package.

Voyager: B'Elanna Torres. I know this is a weird choice, but I'd go for the hottest Klingon in bed any day. I bet she'd be a VIXEN.

Enterprise: T'Pol. Not even a hard choice. Those scenes in the decontamination room were a real treat.

Wesley. He never stops begging for it.

TOS: Toss up between Uhura and Rand. Both darned good looking.

TNG: Keiko. Hey, what can I say. She's got class and a real nice looks.

DS9: Major Kira. Strong looking and yet very feminine.

Voyager: Kes. She's got that delicate look with a hidden strength.

Enterprise: T'Pol. Those Vulcan ladies are really hot!

Hmm. Spelling - Jadzia, Odo, and Uhura (I think).

Onto my weird choices....

DS9 - Garak LOL though I am not sure if he was even straight

And to be honest I never liked Enterprise, so I have no pick for it...I can only remember two characters.
