2.) People tie their grocery bags so everything doesnt spill out in the trunk, backseat, back of a truck, and etc.


I work customer service, hotel industry for the past five years, and yes there are some morons. However, the things you have pointed are pointless.

Posted by Debi YES, and don't forget, you never know who you'll run into down the line and what that person may be able to accomplish for you. i.e., your a dickwad to the same customer for months or even years. Next thing you know, your on your way to a job interview to what you consider to be "an opportunity of a lifetime". But, OH SHIT! Look who is going to be interviewing you; Its the person you made sure you were rude to every damn time they came through your line. One just never knowz . . .

I started that job in October.

my fury today was direct at some numb twat in front of me yacking on her cell phone with about 35 things in her cart as she starts unloading it at the SPEEDY 10 ITEMS OR LESS checkout...

Me: Um, Miss, this is the speedy checkout.

her: fuck you. (then to the phone), some creepy guy just told me that I was in the wrong line, Oh! yes, I told him that.

And she kept unloading...

... BOOM HEADSHOT!

Try working in an office tower next to a hotel. When the guests decide to use the loading dock for their free parking and then get pissy because they're asked to move their cars now ("only 1 minute" and that was 25 minutes ago) and they want another hour because they're having dinner etc.

My reply (while smiling): "Well, when you're done your dinner, you can contact the police to find out where your car has been towed to. I'm sure the fine won't be that steep!" (Followed up with a quick email to our building manager)

Funny how cars get removed pretty damned quick.
