I think it's even advertised quite a bit at pride events and such. I can think of much more offensive words that I didn't and wouldn't use. And you, go back to the shark thread.

eh, its a touchy word. i think most lesbians i know take offense to it. but like jess said its one of those stupid words that a person who IS under that heading can use, but nobody else. some of that "taking the word back" bullshit, which i think is ridiculous, words shouldnt be ok for some people to use and not ok for others. but yeah anyway, lol. i hate that word. well whatever, apology accepted
