	a guy from time warner: hit on my sister. went into my sisters room. stayed WAY longer than when he was finished. came back frequently to "check" on things, going to the backdoor first. drove by our house everyday.

	I just switched from Verizon for my home phone and internet to Comcast for one of their "bundle" deals. Crystal clear voice, fiber optics, blah blah blah. Their phone service sucks; everything echos while I'm talking and their voice answering system doesn't give the date and time of the call. They never even left me the info on how to check my message with this new "state of the art" phone service. They never got around to porting my daughters phone (for whatever reason) and now want to charge an extra $100.00 to add it, even though I included it in my original package. I know they log everything onto computers when you make an order, but they "conveniently" can't retrieve my original info at this time. My daughter asked them to look into the problem of two of our tv's not coming in very clear. He said we have too many lines coming in off of one box and need extra splicing or splitting, whatever. And just like emck00, he had no problem hanging around way longer than usual, talking to my daughter instead of filling my order properly.
