This thread should be locked immediately. This point has already been discussed and locked. I wish I was a mod just so I could lock this thread.

i don't know, Stewie... what's eating you?
let's see if we can get it (whatever it is) out and then we'll both see if it's lock-worthy.

So?

Everyone loves to lock threads as soon as anything related to deggi5, deggi5 members or ethics comes up.

Nobody's man enough to let the people with a voice talk.

Talk.
who's stopping you?

ok.. what about Deggi? They are folks with a different mindset than some folks here. Mike can be a tool, Mike can be ok, he's like 99% of the people I know and work with. Am I a member of their board? Yes. Do I run UER down over there? No. I like it here. Do I run Deggi down over here? No. Because I like many of those folks, too.

Like it or not, not everyone is going to agree on everything. There are going to be arguments, and with the intelligence of most of the people on this board, those intellectual deathmatches are and will always be bloody. Think about the arguments that Turbozutek and Kowalski are capable of? Some of the other members here? I'm a pretty sharp guy, but sometimes all I can do is sit back and say, 'wow!' and wait for the smoke to clear.

What is there really to talk about with regard to Deggi?
Let's talk about it... What I don't want to see are the personal shit. You know, the axes that always get ground to a razor sharp edge. You got beef with someone, take it to a personal message and have at it. Words can't kill you, but they might make you smarter.

Ok. Will the people with voices please stand up?

It's about fucking time somebody said that.
I haven't the foggiest idea of what Deggi is, but sometimes, maybe it's better that I don't?
Locking threads in some of the situations I've seen around here is a little premature, usually they burn themselves out eventually, no matter how ridiculously stupid they are.
This is the one private board I actually look forward to coming to because usually someone will start something interesting. Whether it be just something so irritating stupid that you wish that somebody would lock it, or whether it's something actually constructive.
It's about time for an intellectual deathmatch maybe...somebody start one, we need some entertainment.

yup. the entire site. certain mods and we know who they are are running around locking things just for the sake of throwing their weight around and proving they deserve their jobs, you can bitch if you want about deggi5 but nothing gets locked over there for the most part as far as i know. the past couple weeks on this board i think ive seen more locks than i have in the past 6 months. its out of control.

its an internet forum. people are on here to bullshit. theres not always form and function to it. so what.

but see this has moved off topic from the original post about locked threads. now its about deggi5.....OH NO WE BETTER LOCK IT!!!!

I don't care if it's a sensitive issue.
I'm going to confront it, and if it pushes someone's buttons that's just too damn bad.

People that've been in arguments with me know I don't hold back. I'll call people out, name names and lay it down as I see it. I'm pretty tired of the mods telling me what I can and cannot talk about (deggi5/vandalism) and locking things to keep people from getting upset.

I'm in the "irrational mood swing" kinda mindset right now. God have mercy on you poor bastards.
