I know ace pick tool ( for tubular lock ) are pretty expensive.Do you know which place would be the best and what kind of tool would do the job for me ( beginner level )

Southord.com has pretty good stuff. I have not tried their tubular pick, but I have been happy with the quality of their other tools.

You don't need an expensive fancy pick to open tubular locks, only if you want to decode them to make a working key.

Grind down an allen wrench to fit in the plug, and use anything small enough to push the pins one by one. You may need to repeat the process several times until it's open, but it will save you some cash in your wallet.

I have two of the southord tubular picks.. They work amazingly fast and when you are done, it works like a full key. You can even then make a copy to work in said lock. They are a bit pricey tho.

Don't go for a cheap import company.... custom's will f*ck you.
