What's your plan when the zombies come?
Me? All my knives are sharp, I'm coached in archery (ammo's gonna be hard to come by), I know first aid, I have a well stocked first-aid kit, a shitload of canned food as well as a bunch of other stuff

Id stock up on food and hide out on Long Island in the Boston harbor, or in Taunton State Hospital (most people have a hard time getting beyond that fence, so Im sure it would hold off zombies for quite a while)

I'm going to join them as soon as this shit goes down.

Worse comes to worse, I'll join them too.

However, one preparation I'm making is a list of people who I will be more than happy to feed to the zombies. Perhaps the zombies may regard me as a leader and not a meal and will leave me alone.

I, for one, welcome our new zombie overlords.

You've cheapened the memory, sir.

Grab Sam, find a gun shop where I can get a hold of a decent carbine and a small arsenal of ammo, etc. and run for a place we drove to this summer and stay there.

Basically, middle of nowhere in central NY. No people, no animals other than squirrels, deer, moose and the occasional bear. Zombie plague usually doesn't affect the animals...or so we know anyway.

Yeah, I'm probably too high in fat and calories so hopefully the zombies will be health conscious.

But then again, with all the people I plan to feed to them, they may be too full to come after us.

Well we're set then.

I'm a little slow at joining this board, but a lot of my plan both depends on how infested everything is already and if they were the old school slow zombies or the new age fast running zombies.

1) Grab my katana, 1 spare set of clothes, baseball bat, 5" pocket knife, money/ID (helpful until it doesn't matter anymore), and my UE respirator with organic filters in case the disease is airborne
2) Get any friends/family that want to come with. No more than 5-6 people, and hopefully a female or two.
3) Drive to nearest sporting goods store for guns/ammunition and hopefully some leather clothes (t-shirts don't hold up well to zombie bites. Also pick up some goggles, don't want any blood splatter. 2 rifles and a pistol, each of different caliber ammo for each person in group. Lots of ammo(will be rationed)
4) This all depends on the seriousness of the outbreak. I might head to the hills way out in the country or fortify in a building. It all depends on many factors and how long we'd need to be in hiding. If it really is worse-case scenario, then I'd probably be stealing a boat and hitting a great lake or ocean while remembering never to anchor...there could be zombies down there.
