We pack-rats are a strange breed. I have it down to about 5 sections of totes, each containing at least one...but no moar than 3.
-radio electronics..... handhelds, mobiles, parts, connectors.
-computer peripherals, parts for my toughbooks an other stuff
-safety gear...gas masks, a stethoscope, first aid kits, ear plugs, freeze dried foods, sealed water
-and two or three totes of camping related gear...tents, bivy bags, LPG stoves, liquid stoves, lanterns, sleeping pads and bags..too much to list

Camera stuff, working radios, power supplies and stuff tend to be on shelves.

I had a problem for a log time, and being a traveler, i tended to store stuff all around the country side...grandmoms, friends, and the like. I have finally put a stop to that...and i feel less load on me. I suppose for a lot of packrats, it defines their place in their home...establishes a domain of their own.

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!
