And here I thought all of Jersey simply smelled like that, always.

AUGHHHH!

It's seriously only a 15 mile stretch of Turnpike, but everybody who passes through the state or flies into Newark airport goes through it. It does smell really bad there, but the rest of the state is fine!

My notable Jersey experiences:

1- The road on the turnpike was on fire once. Seriously. THE ROAD.
2- The smell
3- Finding a half diner, half strip club establishment
4- Some guy at a rest stop off the turnpike at 4am trying to chat me up by using the clever ice breaker "Do you know how I can get onto the turnpike from here?"
5- The smell

Class in the ass, Jersey

Oh yeah, I actually do love being here. There's always something to do. And if not it's easy to make something to do. I wouldn't change the state I've grown up in for anything! Well...maybe I'd take back getting robbed those few times... But that's it!
