they send me 2 bills on the same day (oct 7th) for September and October, and are billing me an interest charge because the one in september wasn't paid on time......
well why didn't they send me the fucking invoice on time?
Can i charge them for it?
And don't even get me started on their lack of customer service.

Call them ASAP and begin the dispute resolution and GET A TICKET NUMBER. If they want to be dicks, be dickish back to them. Also, they take it as an insult you're calling them by their old name. They prefer "Bell TV" now. Good luck!

I hate Rogers. But Bell is worse.

I have Rogers Digital Television, the price goes upu by about $3.00 a year and the service goes down. I have way too much pixilation (sp?) and they send techs out, but they never actually figure out the problem.

My Rogers HD looks only slightly better than Rogers SD Digital. They compress it so much they really shouldn't be allowed to call it HD anymore. Bastards!

So that's why a lot of folks where I work are cancelling their Bell ExpressVu service.

Tell them to ram the late fee charge for the first invoice. Dispute it and tell them if they send their invoices out on time, you would not have a problem with paying them on time.
