it shows your name and your avatar. i know who wrote the post. in fact, i think everyone's name and avatar goes in that spot - i saw it before. oh, and they do that on a couple other websites too, so i'm pretty familiar. no need to add your name again at the bottom, i got it the first time. when i saw it to the left of your post i read it so i would know who wrote it. but thanks for reminding me again at the bottom, just in case i missed your colorful photo or the place where your name is written (just there to the left of all your posts).

I guess I am super old because I get paid to write letters all day long. Not only that, but we have been instructed that, whenever possible, we are to respond to emails with a letter via mail, even faxes are discouraged.

Not only that, but I am writing some people a letter (not work related in the least) and will be dropping it off, with my card (yes, I have a card), at their home, after work.

So take that! I am all about letters.
