Cranbrook Academy, I usually don't do HDR but.... < on 10/28/2008 4:31 PM > | Reply with Quote
... It was such a cloudy, dreary day that I felt the need to try HDR. I only had a few hours here and needed to get quite a few photos for an upcoming project. These are primarily pictures of the architecture, so I think the ghosting effect of the people is nice - it makes these places seem lived in, but nothing is completely blocked.

I just want to congratulate you on keeping your HDR usage within reason and the light spectrum visible by human eyes. I really appreciate that. Seriously though, the majority of HDR I see is really way to un-realistic in color and is often over saturated. It appears your HDR usage here was what you felt necessary to get the job done, not to make people bleed out of their eyeballs. Nice work!
