	I saw this in the paper. I wonder if it will be quickly turned around into something else (which seems to happen around here a lot) or if it will actually remain empty for awhile.

	Seems like prime real estate for a hotel operator to come in and gobble it up, and with the city's homeless population I don't they leave any door unlocked. You never know though. There's always legal permission
